Moorshire Group licenses the various Drive® programs to state agencies and departments, national organizations, corporations and non-profits.
Typically, here are the types of users for a particular Drive® Program:
Drive® for School / Drive® Workshop Licensed
through a state's Department of Education, Department of Transportation
or Traffic/Safety Division for use by their driver education teachers. Quite often, 402 NHTSA funds are available, but alternatively a non-profit or corporation could become involved. Funds are used for acquiring the Drive® for School Program. Instructors receive their programs for use in the classroom after taking the Workshop.
Drive® for Parents Licensed to states as above but also to large organizations (non-profit, faith-based organizations) concerned with helping the parents of young drivers address the Number One killer of their children: motor vehicle crashes. License includes a training session for those who wish to present the program to parents – one need not be a teacher to present the program to an audience of parents and guardians.
Drive® for Pre-Teens Licensed to states and organizations as above. Instructors need not be teachers to present the program. The program can be used for after-school activities or with organizations who work with large numbers of young people.
Drive® Attitudes Licensed
through a state's Department of Education, Department of Transportation
or Traffic/Safety Division, usually working in conjunction with the judicial system (traffic tribunal, municipal court). License includes training and annual recertification of instructors for quality control and competency in using updates; ongoing web site maintenance and entry of grades for attendees; acquisition of Crash Cards™
for use in class and distribution to attendees; and an annual report on recidivism rates.
Drive® Attitudes USA Licensed to large companies and corporations for use by their employees, whether drivers of various vehicles or all employees who drive to and from work. It can also be used by the military and government agencies.
